Jarrett Kosmac began playing guitar at age eight and has been studying classical guitar for the past six years. He started competing in local competitions at the request of his teacher Michael Daher, and is still looking for bigger and better things. In 2007 Jarrett attended the Guitar foundation of America competition in Carson, Los Angeles, and again in 2008 in San Francisco. Both times he received high marks and encouragement to continue competing internationally and to pursue the instrument. Taking the adjudicators advice, he arranged his own full length, solo classical guitar concert in May 2009 and was very successful in his debut recital.
